As the name implies, Sunshine Terrace catches a great view from mulitple balconies including your own private rooftop You also have harbor views from your living room blacony and fantatsic river views from your walkout kitchen blacony.  Watch boats drift lazily in and out of the harbor or admire the river scape while you sip your coffee in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

The large gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, microwave, and table seating for four.  You’ll find the cupboards stocked with all of the tools you need to create a lovely meal.  Make sure to take plenty of pictures from your own private rooftop, its Instagram worthy! You can cook while enjoying the company of your entire family around you. Adjacent and open to the kitchen is a comfortable and colorful living area with couch, love seat and flat screen television. 

Two bedrooms beckon your restful slumber upstairs for quiet time or conversation. With all the amenities you can ask for in a condo, Sunshine Terrace will be a spot you will never forget. 

Make sure to check out the roof top! This spacious rooftop is perfect for dinner, eagle watching or taking in 360 degree views of Heritage Harbor. 

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations.  Sunshine Terrace has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave fido unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.

Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our naptime.

Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities and activities including swimming, beach, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the Harbor and enjoying the tiki bar, beach and restaurant.

Payment
When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees.
