This 1806 sq. ft. duplex retreat spans two levels and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces to relax, recharge, and connect.


Main Level Living:
The main floor features a stylish open-concept layout perfect for entertaining or kicking back after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, while the adjoining living room invites you to settle in with cozy seating and views of the marina.

Also on the main level is the Primary Bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights. Just off the living space, step onto the private upper deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in harbor views.


Lower Level:
Head downstairs to find two additional bedrooms—each with a queen-size bed—plus a full bathroom and a spacious walk-out rec room, ideal for games, lounging, or extra hangout space. Whether you're traveling with friends or extended family, this level offers just the right amount of space and privacy.


Outdoor Space:
The upper deck gives you a front-row seat to marina views, while the lower level opens up to a grassy common area—great for stretching out or letting your dog get some fresh air. The Navvy Town neighborhood is peaceful, scenic, and just steps away from the best Heritage Harbor has to offer.

This home includes two designated parking spaces located in the adjacent lot.

House Rules:
Please help us create a respectful and welcoming environment for all guests:

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
No parties, events, or tents
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (A $500 fine applies for non-compliance)
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a combined weight of 150 lbs or less:

Max 2 dogs, 75 lbs. each
$125 non-refundable pet fee
Pets must be leashed when outside and crated when unattended
Non-compliance will result in a $300 fine
