This one-bedroom villa with a loft-style bunk area makes excellent use of space, combining style and comfort with unbeatable views of the marina. From the glass doors that open onto a private balcony to the built-in bunk beds overlooking the living room, every detail was designed with relaxation in mind.

Main Level Living:
The main level offers a beautifully designed open-concept living room, dining nook, and kitchen and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. A cozy couch, armchair, and smart TV make the living area perfect for movie nights or rainy-day lounging.

The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, closet, and a stacked washer/dryer—plus sliding glass doors that lead to your private balcony with seating for four and an unbeatable view of the marina.

A full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower completes the main floor.

Loft Bunk Space:
Head upstairs to a cozy loft that overlooks the living area below. Here you’ll find custom built-in twin XL over twin XL bunk beds—ideal for kids, teens, or guests looking for a fun sleep space.
