Harbor front Bliss:
Aphrodite may be petite in size, but it delivers big on comfort and charm. With a relaxed, modern layout and all the essentials, it’s the perfect base for laid-back mornings, sunset strolls, and nights in with a glass of wine and a good movie.

Home Features:
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is ideal for up to 4 guests and makes excellent use of space without sacrificing style. From the cozy living area to the covered porch overlooking the harbor, every detail is designed for comfort and calm.

Living + Kitchen:
The open-concept living space includes a plush sofa with pullout bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining nook for up to four. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware you’ll need to make breakfast in bed or dinner on the porch.

Bedroom:
Retreat to the bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, soft linens, and a second TV for winding down in ultimate comfort.

Outdoor Space:
Step out to your private covered porch and soak in the stunning harbor views—this is your morning coffee spot, evening wine lounge, and go-to space for deep breaths and harbor breezes.

Parking:
This home includes one designated parking spot, just steps from the front door.

House Rules:
We want you to enjoy your time while being respectful to your neighbors:
• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, tents, or events
• No smoking indoors or on the property ($500 fine)

Pet Policy:
We welcome one well-behaved dog (75lb max). A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed when outdoors and crated when left unattended. Ignoring the pet policy may result in a $300 fine.
