Beach Retreat combines the charm of waterfront living with the ease of a thoughtfully designed space. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the patio, lounging in the sunny living room, or hosting a movie night downstairs, you’ll find everything you need for a restful and refreshing stay.
Home Features
This two-level, ground-floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with two living areas—perfect for guests who want a little extra space to spread out and relax.
Main Level
The bright, open-concept main floor includes a living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and walk-in closet, and the in-unit laundry means packing light is easy.
Lower Level
Downstairs, you’ll find a second living area ideal for quiet time, games, or streaming your favorite shows. There’s also a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom, giving guests their own private retreat.
Outdoor Space
Enjoy serene marina views from your private patio—a great spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening drinks under the stars.

We’re so glad you’re here! Our goal is to make your stay relaxing, seamless, and memorable. Need restaurant tips, trail recommendations, or the best coffee shop around? We live locally and are always happy to help. You can reach us daily between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., or use the messaging system for non-urgent questions.
House Rules
To ensure all guests enjoy their time here:
• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, tents, or events
• No smoking indoors or on the property ($500 fine)
Pet Policy
We welcome up to two dogs (max 75lbs each). A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Pets must be leashed when outside and crated if left alone. Violating the pet policy may result in a $300 fine.
