House Rules:
• Quiet hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• Maximum of two dogs (75 lbs. max each)
• $125 non-refundable pet deposit
• Pets must be leashed outdoors and crated if left unattended indoors ($300 fine for non-compliance)
• No smoking indoors or on the property ($500 fine)
