Main Level Living:
The main floor offers an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, ideal for gathering over meals, game nights, or movie marathons. The kitchen boasts a pantry closet and a breakfast bar with seating for four, plus a dining table for four more. A half bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.

Second Level Comfort:
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed, large closet, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and closet, with another full bathroom nearby. A stackable washer/dryer is also located on this floor.

Basement Level Retreat:
The finished Basement level includes:

No smoking allowed (A $300 fine applies for non-compliance)
