With three levels of living space and just steps from the resort’s most popular amenities, this is your home base for adventure and relaxation.
Home Features:
This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home spans three levels and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with plenty of room to spread out, relax, and recharge between excursions.
Main Living Level:
Walk into a bright and welcoming living room—perfect for movie nights or morning coffee. The main floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a convenient half bath, and access to a private back patio ideal for grilling, lounging, or stargazing. Prefer a quieter start to your day? Head out to the front porch with your coffee and enjoy the peaceful Navvy Town vibes.
Upper Level:
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, full closet, and private ensuite bathroom
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds with a full closet—great for kids or friends
Laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer is located on this level for your convenience
Lower Level (Finished Basement):

House Rules:
• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, events, or tents
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($300 fine)
• No pets allowed, including service animals ($300 fine)
