The home is comfortable and the surroundings beautiful. We had an issue accessing Internet when we arrivedbut Philippe was at the door in ten minutes and solved the problem. There were 3 adults in our group and we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay in Hook, Wine, & Sinker! We had an issue with the TVs, but Tyler sent help immediately. Felipe Guerrero got us up and running. He took care of all the TVs. Can't thank him enough. The food at the BlueGill was delicious. We hope to visit again one day soon.

Hello-This hidden gem is one of a kind. We will definitely be coming back again. The house was so modern and so comfortable. The kiddos love the bunkbeds, the highlight of their trip. The only complaint I have is the outdoor screen on the first level was completely filled with spiderwebs , so we did not utilize this beautiful area, which was one of the reasons I chose this house.A few suggestions and thoughts -Garage should be taken by cleaning staffLive music during the weekGolf carts seemed to be priced very high for rentals - thought it was includedStaff were very kind and accommodating!Love the sand area - such a fun addition for the kids!

It was such a charming little cottage with great views and comfortable surroundings.It was clean except for it appeared the floors had not been completely cleaned. Tooth paste on the bathroom floor and some leftover popcorn kernels around.We wish we would have known the coffee pot was a keurig, as it said a coffee maker and we brought filters and ground coffee.Over all a great time was had by all and enjoyed the pool and restaurant as well! Would recommend and probably come again!

As always, the guest services team was very helpful during my stay. The house was clean and the view of the harbor is beautiful! Unfortunately, the property had some issues. The major issue is with the downstairs powder room. The toilet only flushes once. The owners have installed a contraption on the toilet that does not allow the tank to fill back up with water. A small red button, where the water line is connected under the toilet, has to be very firmly pressed, using 2 hands, every time the toilet is used. An elderly person would not have the strength to reset that button. This was such an inconvenience, that my group had to go upstairs every time someone needed to use the restroom over our 2 night stay. I'm sorry to say, based on our experience with this property, we wouldn't select it again.

Your home is beautiful and we found it very comfortable! My only suggestions would be to adjust the sensitivity on the overflow sensor on the powder room toilet (we had to reset it every time we used it) and consider adding the following to your kitchen: spatula, tongs, non-stick cooking spray, salt & pepper.

We booked the house for a long Thanksgiving weekend. It is comfortable and is in a very relaxing setting. The house has nice decks both in the front and back on the second floor and a screen porch off the living room on the first. We found our visit to be an excellent break in a wonderful location.

The condition of the unit was great with the exception of a couple of things: neither bathroom exhaust fan was working and the frame of the lower bedroom #2 had EXTREMELY loose hex bolts which made the bed very unstable.

Starts with property management. The reservation process, check-in and check-out and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The cottage was brilliantly designed and decorated. The harbor view extremely relaxing. Nice!

My best friend and I needed a girls weekend to relax and do nothing. Hook, Wine & Sinker was perfect for this! The comfort level of the beds, furniture, and layout of the house were well thought out. We loved hanging out on the covered back patio to watch the boats come in and out of the marina. We will definately be back and will be telling all our friends and family to book with Heritage Harbor Inn!
