This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and spans two spacious levels. Designed with families and groups in mind, it features indoor and outdoor spaces for entertaining, relaxing, and everything in between.

Main Level Living
Step into a bright, open-concept main floor with a gourmet kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a microwave, and island seating for three. The dining table offers additional seating for six, making it easy to gather for meals or game night.

The cozy living area features a plush couch, reading chair, and flat-screen TV, all framed by natural light and harbor views from the covered front porch—the perfect spot for your morning coffee or sunset wine.

The primary bedroom is also on this level, offering a king-size bed and flat-screen TV for your private escape. A half bath is conveniently located off the main living area.

Lower Level
Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a second living area:

Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with flat-screen TV
Third Bedroom: A twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed (sleeps up to 5 guests)
Bonus Room: Spacious game and hangout area featuring a comfy couch, flat-screen TV, foosball table, and board games—a kid (or kid-at-heart) favorite

Two pets max (dogs only)
75lb weight limit per pet
$125 non-refundable pet fee required
Pets must be leashed outdoors and crated if left unattended
Non-compliance may result in a $300 fine
