This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room to spread out—inside and out. Two floors of living space include multiple gathering areas, a rec room, and peaceful water views.


Main Level Living
The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area filled with natural light and comfortable furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals at home, while the spacious living room opens onto a private balcony overlooking the marina—ideal for coffee at sunrise or wine at sunset.

Lower Level
Downstairs, two beautifully furnished bedrooms each offer queen beds, while a shared full bathroom provides plenty of space for everyone. A laundry area adds convenience for longer stays.

No smoking anywhere on the property

Pet Policy

Maximum 2 pets allowed with prior approval
$125 non-refundable pet fee per stay
Pets must be leashed in public areas and crated if left unattended
Non-compliance may result in a $300 fine
