The two ground-floor units are thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath condos, perfect for families or small groups. The main level features a bright and inviting living room with a pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with a queen bed. A full bathroom, in-unit laundry, and access to a private porch overlooking the marina make this level both functional and scenic. Downstairs, the lower level provides an additional queen bedroom, a full bath, and a second living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The upstairs units are cozy and well-appointed one-bedroom, one-bath condos, ideal for couples or smaller groups within your party. Each features an open living and kitchen area, a comfortable queen bedroom, a full bath, and in-unit laundry for added convenience. Step outside onto your private balcony and take in the peaceful waterfront views, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Designed with group travel in mind, Mariner's Landing offers multiple kitchens, spacious common areas, and plenty of sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone comfortably. Whether you’re relaxing on the porch, enjoying the nearby dining and activities, or simply taking in the beauty of the marina, this retreat provides the perfect backdrop for quality time together.

There are four parking space allocated for this condo in the parking lot behind the building.

We are SO glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch. #priorities

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We love pets, however we have some limitations. Mariner's Landing has a 6 pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking this rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
