Pet Policy
This home allows up to two dogs (max 75 lbs. each). A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please keep pets leashed while on the property and crated if left unattended in the home. Violations of the pet policy may result in a $300 fine. Thanks for keeping On Cloud Wine clean, comfortable, and safe for all guests!

Someone really put time in for rhe little things (dish soap items, welcome bin, dog bed and outdoor lead, etc). So helpful! Everything was clean, perfect spot with dogs to take out for walks by the water.

Loved our stay at this house! The welcome bottle of wine, 2 screened in porches, ceiling fans everywhere, comfortable bed, games available... I could go on! We were pleasantly surprised that there was a full coffee pot available instead of a Keurig and the large kitchen table was perfect for board gaming and puzzles. Super close to the pool and the restaurant, bar, pier and pickleball areas were all within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Overall our family enjoyed our stay at On Cloud Wine, the only hindrance was that it did not appear to be maintained well as far as cleanliness. We swept the floor ourselves when we first arrived because there were crumbles, dust, dog hair in multiple areas, and numerous plates were dirty that were placed together with the “clean” dishes on the display.

Everything was nice. Just a few suggestions for improvement... crumbs between chair cushions (had to retrieve a toy), toilet paper holder in downstairs bathroom was broken. Not fond of ladder to get to loft but my granddaughter loved it. We were given k cups in welco.e/info bag but couldn't find a keurig. We had a drip coffee maker. The hosts had every thing organized very well. Lots of extras supplied ( foul, saran wrap, dog gate, some spices, etc. We didn't bring our dogs but could tell very dog friendly. All information supplied with no need to call for info. Would definitely stay again. Very nice place.

We come stay at Heritage Harbor every fall as we love the community. This was our first time staying at On Cloud Wine. I think it had a great amount of space. Our child thought the loft area was the coolest! Appreciated lots of little touches, like the welcome basket and games to play. My only complaint is that in the past, we were provided with all the essentials, including a coffee kit and everything just seemed to be in plentiful supply. We called about the coffee supply kit and were told it was not provided because the home has a regular coffee machine and not a keurig. Well, regular coffee also requires creamer and sugar based on preference. Also, there were zero extra garbage bags. These are small things, but in the past when staying at Heritage Harbor, we really appreciated that we did not have to go out and buy these things or bring them from home bc they were provided. The house itself was wonderful and peaceful, very clean with thoughtful touches.

This was our first time staying at On Cloud Wine, but not the first at the harbor. The home is very beautiful and clean. It had a lot of amenities that were fit for my family and pet's needs. I would recommend updating the description as the wave runners are no longer available and that is what we came for. Our other issues were in regard to staff and not the home.

The whole experience was great! Nice that they have so many pools so it wasn't crowded. House was beautiful, clean, modern, and well stocked. Only complaint was the temperature. Granted we were there on a hot weekend, but even with the air blasting on the lower level to the point of being freezing, the upstairs loft was still Unbearably hot and my kids had to stay on the floor in my bedroom on the second floor. Hopefully an air conditioner can be installed in the loft for the future.
