The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meals and opens to a side patio with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a gas grill—perfect for entertaining. A half bath and laundry area round out this level.

• Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• No parties, events, or tents
• No smoking anywhere on the property ($500 fine)
• No pets allowed ($300 fine for non-compliance)
