Welcome to The Oriole Suite, a stylish ground-floor condo with a finished basement, designed to provide a comfortable and inviting retreat for your getaway.

Home Features
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a pull-out couch in the living area. The open-concept design and natural light create a bright and welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining.

Main Level Living
The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee maker, along with an open living area and pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. Full bathroom and master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet. Stackable washer/dryer included.

Lower Level
The finished basement offers extra living space, perfect for unwinding or hosting guests. Second bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom ensures comfort and privacy for everyone.

Outdoor Space
Patio access provides a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

No parties, tents, or events.
No smoking allowed—violations subject to a $500 fine.

Pet Policy
Two pet maximum, up to 75 lbs. per dog. $125 non-refundable pet deposit required. Pets must be leashed while on property and crated if left unattended. Violations subject to a $300 fine.

Our family has rented long-term for 3 summers now and will be renewing again for 2026. The location and proximity to the Marina are ideal yet far enough away for some peace and quiet. The staff is always freiendly and prompt when something is needed, and the space is perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Beautiful facility and very quiet for our late March three-day visit. Condo has all the amenities mentioned in the description. For the most part, very clean and tidy. Only problem was that couple of plates in the cabinet had leftover food residue. Apparently dishes did not come totally clean when the previous visitors ran the dishwasher, and the cleaning person missed the dried food remaining. We just "handled" the situation and rewashed the dishes -- not a big deal. The Ottawa area is beautiful and has so many interesting things to see and visit. Lots of good food also. Don't miss Bianchi's Pizza!
